Weekly Rental Rate

• Saturday – Saturday: $5600
• Cleaning fee: $250
• Deposit: $2000
• Non-refundable processing fee: $100
• 11% Plumas County Tax applied to rental fee

During the busy summer season we typically rent Saturday through Saturday. However if you have a special request, please fill out an inquiry. It is sometimes easier to accomodate a shorter stay during the shoulder seasons with a three night minimum. Spring and Fall are both lovely in Lake Almanor.

Holidays subject to higher rates.

Policies

• We provide linens, and enough paper products to get you started.
• Check in time is at 3:30 pm. Check out time is at 10:00 am.
• Maximum occupancy of 10 people.
• No parties or gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy are allowed.
• We welcome your well-behaved dog, with advance permission and a pet fee of $200.
• The Internet is provided by Starlink, and is reliable but not guaranteed. No landline phone.
• There are cameras on the premises for security and to verify occupancy. No cameras are inside the home.
• This is a non-smoking property.
